More on the Love of God
This morning in church, the lady in front of me began to prophecy that I should prophecy on the Love of God. She said, "You should be up there..." (pointing to the platform).
In this service, the whole day was the sermon. There was worship, praise, prayer, confession and repentance, rejoicing and weeping. The whole shebang in an hour. What a quick work!
When I got home, I thought more about this word for me, that I should prophecy about the Love of God. I ate my dinner, and sat in the quiet of our home for some time. I thought the best way to prophecy about the Love of God is to hug people.
Back in my Leo Busaglia-human potential days, I used to jokingly call myself a "hug therapist." Seeing what I have seen over the years, all the people whose dreams have been denied through being deprived of love, I am still convinced that love never fails. And, with all the hugs I gave out at the church this afternoon, I probably still am a "hug therapist," but with the Love of God!
Give someone a hug today. Tell them that God loves them. Help them in some small practical way. Make it happen.

My friend, David Harwood is an anointed teacher, and has dedicated his life to sharing the love of God. Love builds up, the Scriptures tell us, and God is using David to build up the Way of the Lord. You can read more about the love of God at David's blogs: http://inessence.blogspot.com
and on the Love of God Project website: www.loveofGodproject.org
Here is an excerpt depicting David's travels with God with the Good News of the Love of God. Enjoy!
1 John 4:16 We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.
Ephesians 6:19-20b and pray on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in the opening of my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel, ... that in proclaiming it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
Dear friends,
Thank you for continuing to have an interest in this ministry and for your prayers. Last week we had a worthwhile time with about 50 students at Columbia University. I abbreviated the seminar's first session and shared the heart of God. I know that there were several there who were deeply impacted and encouraged. We offered the manual free of charge for those who were really hungry (students = broke). I will treasure the memory of one sister who clutched the manual as if it was precious gold… really. Please pray with us for the Lord to follow this up with His instruction.
This Friday and Saturday we are giving a seminar at the church which is led by Pastor Rob Taormina. Pastor Rob and I have been meeting together every week with Messianic Rabbi Ron Corbett (and, until last year, Father Mike Paciello) for over a decade. Pastor Rob is going way beyond 'pulpit sharing' in inviting this seminar in to his stewardship. We consider it a great privilege to share at this congregation which is located in the heart of Nassau County.
Please hold this before the Lord. If the Spirit enables you, please fervently pray for all of us who will be there. If you have been positively affected by this ministry please pray that those who attend this seminar would be similarly benefited. In addition, I want to thank God for the palpable increase of anointing over the last couple of weeks, for some fresh illumination about His love's strength, for the help we've received from others in preparation for this weekend and also for you and your prayers.
Thanks,
David Harwood

How do you know that God loves you?
Because God is love ~ 1 john 4:7-11
7 Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God. 8 But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
7 Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God. 8 But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
9 God showed how much he loved us by sending his one and only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him. 10 This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.
11 Dear friends, since God loved us that much, we surely ought to love each other. 12 No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us, and his love is brought to full expression in us.
Yo, that is deep!

The Love of God is overtaking you!
Did you know that goodness and mercy in Psalm 23 are like puppies pursuing you? That's right: goodness and mercy follow you all the days of your life.
Did you ever try to get away from a puppy? You can't. No matter how you push them away (Who would do that anyway?) they keep coming back, tail wagging, and tongue slobbering all over you. They can't wait to snuggle up against you, and provide streams of joy for the petter.
You are the apple of His eye. You are His treasured possession. If God had a refrigerator, He would surely have your picture on it.
be blessed today!
